Living Potential Care Farming CIC is a Community Interest Company (CIC) based in Wetherby, operating across approximately 500 acres of working farmland. We are a community interest company, set up to be a non-profit social enterprise for many years. We provide an educational, environmentally friendly, and inclusive community space where individuals can take part in a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities. We aim to support people with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and those experiencing social isolation, while also promoting the wider benefits of care farming. By engaging participants in nature, practical farming tasks, and outdoor environments to improve wellbeing, build confidence, and encourage personal development. Our staff have many years of experience, teaching and working in a variety of environments and have seen first-hand the therapeutic effects of nature-based interventions. Living Potential is a vital sanctuary for those with disabilities, autism, dementia, and mental health challenges, and your support will help us continue transforming lives across Yorkshire for years to come.
